Niko Niko Boba

Niko Niko Boba, a popular boba tea company in Minnesota with over 10 locations in the metro area, has collaborated with us to enhance their visual and operational branding across multiple platforms.

For their extensive boba menu, we designed vivid fruit icons, and for special events like the grand openings at the flagship Mall of America and Grand Ave locations, we created exclusive tote bags. The Lunar New Year 2024 was marked with a custom dragon illustration for red packets, adding a cultural touch to their offerings.

To complement their customer experience, we came up with a variety of packaging designs, including enamel pins and half-gallon milk tea labels. We also designed a sleek self-ordering kiosk frame to enhance customer interation, and implemented an employee training and onboarding web portal to enhance team efficiency.
